「ただそこにある、きみ」

目標や夢を描いたり、
やりたいことリストでもいいですが、、、、

実はとっても難しいのが
「決める」

ということ。

昔、本当にやりたいことが分からないことがありました。
その後、内観などワークっぽいことをやり出したら、
今度はやりたいことが何個か出てきた。

それも、その何個かがてんでバラバラなもので
どれもやり出したら結構な労力かかりそうなことばかり。

すると、その中から１つが決めれない。

やりたいことがよく分からないのも悩みですが、
これとこれとこれがやりたい！となるのも悩みの種になります。

 

じゃあ一体どうすればいいのか？

 

今振り返ってみると、

パターン１

　やりたいことがよく分からないとき

私の感覚ではまず、今ないどこかに私のやりたいことが潜んでて
きっとそれが私の天職で、そんな何かがきっとどこかにあるはず！と
探している時でした。

そういう時は見つからなかった気がします。

つまり、今やってることをみること。
今時間ができた時、もしくはどこかに働きに行ってるとしても
数ある仕事の中からそれを選んでるんです。

無意識に。

だからそこにやりたいことのヒントがある。

ネットフリックスで何かを見るにしても
洋画を見る人もいれば、邦画しか見ない人もいれば
ドラマを見る人もいれば、映画しか見ない人もいる。

その理由は長いのは無理！という理由かもしれない。

シーズン５？無理！みたいな。それこそが一人一人の特性であり、やりたいこと。

そういう今のどこかに必ずヒントがあると思います。

 

パターン２

　やりたいことが沢山ある時

それに関しては全部やる！に尽きます。
そして全部やるのに引き返せるように小さく始める。

いつか飲食店をやりたい！と思っている。でも留学もしたいとなった時。

まず理想の店でバイトしてみる
まず旅行でも行ってみる

それもできない時はまだまだその時ではないということかもですね。

 

で、どちらにしても

1番大事なのは「決める」こと

正解はないし、それが答えというものはどこにもない。

とにかく、正解を探すんではなくて決める。サイコロで決めてもいいし、

決めたらやる。

やったらやっと見えてくる何かがあると思います。
